Sweep or Skim Speed Reading

This method is used to help drag your eyesight down. It is similar to the Card Speed Reading Technique although this method is based on pushing down, instead of dragging.

The reader must cup his or her hand in such a way that the fingernails align. The index finger should be left a little further out. Then the reader can sweep across pages using the arm muscle.

Skim speed reading has a similar movement to dusting.
