Zig-Zag or Loop Speed Reading

In this method a reader's cupped hand will go across 3 lines diagonally, and the reader will try to pick up the meaning on each paragraph.

With this speed reading method, like with PhotoReading, the idea isn't to read every word, but to understand the general meaning of the text or book.

It is important to note that in most books there is a main paragraph or chapter. Most people when using this technique will not apply it to that one chapter once they have found it.

This technique is not suitable for anyone having to provide a detailed study of a book, but it is generally very useful.
